Traveling and still want to exercise?  Staying at a hotel without access to an exercise facility?  Now what?  Well – you could find the stairwell and run up and down the stairs.  OR there are plenty of enjoyouts you can do in your hotel room!   Here are three options for you.

Ready?

Set?

Move your body!

 

Option 1:

Plank

Squats

Russian Twist

Lunges

Push ups

Perform each for 45 seconds with 15 second rest in between.  Complete 4 – 6 sets depending on the time you have.

 

Option 2:

12 push ups

12 chair dips

12 sit-ups

Repeat 4 times

12 lunges each leg

12 squats

12 supermans

Repeat 4 times

Jumping Jacks

Burpees

High Knees

Fast Feet

Do each exercise for 20 seconds with 10 seconds rest.  Repeat twice.

 

Option 3:

1o burpees

20 push ups

30 sit ups

40 squats

50 second plank

Do as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes.
