Do you feel so busy that you barely have time to sleep?  I get it!  And – getting fit is hard!  What if I told you that it only takes 20 minutes to get fit?  Don’t believe me?  Try the following and let me know what you think.  You don’t even have to leave home!

Ready for a quick 20 minutes to fit?  All you need is a timer and you!

Set for an all over body enjoyout?

Go!  Move your body!

 

5 burpees

10 pushups

15 hip raises (each side)

20 second plank

25 squats

30 Russian Twists

25 squats

20 second plank

15 hip raises (each side)

10 pushups

5 burpees

90 seconds off and repeat until the 20 minutes to fit are up!

 

Move your body, put good things in and ENJOY every day!
