Thanksgiving Tabata

20 minutes is all I am asking!  20 minutes to get your heart rate up and put a smile on your face before Thanksgiving dinner.  Invite your family to join you – or at least to time your 20 second efforts of work (and the 10 seconds of rest in between)!

You will be doing 4 different body weight exercises.   You will repeat each one 8 times before moving onto the next exercise.  You will do as many of the exercise as you can in 20 seconds with a 10 second rest.  Doing that 8 times will account for 4 minutes.  Then you get a 60 second rest before moving on to the next exercise.  When you are done 20 minutes will have passed and you will be that much fitter and ready for dinner!

Squats (or jump squats)

Pushups

Back lunges (or jump lunges)

Planks
